Our Foundation
Hospice Family Care offers bereavement services for our families and their loved ones. This unique program provides support for our bereaved as long as it is needed. Our counselors are available for bereavement and support and counseling. We offer assistance for families in mourning through a bereavement program that includes personal contact, visits in the home, and the availability of support groups conducted by our bereavement facilitator.
Hospice Family Care memorial services are conducted on a periodic basis. We join with our families in celebrating the lives of their loved one who have touched our hearts in such memorable ways
