The Hospice Family Care Foundation is a charitable, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to improve the quality of life of those who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, and their families.
Since 1992, the Foundation has helped countless families through the generosity of those expressing their desire to help others struggling with this most difficult time of life.
Financial contributions might assist with individuals without insurance or Medicare coverage, funerals, food, clothing, utility bills, airfare for loved ones, accommodations for visiting family, and other needs. The Foundation also provides grants in bereavement care, and death and dying educational opportunities for both the community and for health care professionals.
This is one of the most frequent comments of our contributors.
We hope that need is a long way off. In the meantime, please help us help someone who needs us today by making a financial contribution.
If you cannot afford a financial contribution, we encourage you to volunteer. It will be the most rewarding and heartfelt work of your life.
Please consider support of our Foundation to enable us to help patients and families at the most critical time of their lives...
Hospice is about giving people the opportunity to live, to love, and to remember, together.
